Mechanical: CAV (Constant Air Volume) system with 100% outdoor air (DOAS - Dedicated Outdoor Air System) AHU (Air Handling Unit) and DX compressor unit. Fixed-Plate Cross-Flow heat exchanger is used for heat recovery. Cooling and heating of each individual room is provided using multiple split outdoor/indoor units operating in cooling or heat pump mode. For service water pre-heating solar panels system is designed.
Plumbing: Potable cold and hot water supply with various fixtures and sanitary waste water sewer
