We possess considerable experience with designing renovations and retrofittings that require placing new equipment into existing spaces. This includes challenges presented by the use of equipment containing new types of cooling gases with varying levels of flammability and toxicity within existing spaces (e.g. calculation of the required amount of ventilation in case of flammability).
How do we conduct our work
At the outset of each project, our engineers carefully review project objectives along with any applicable codes, standards, and technical requirements.
In our work, we utilize the latest design software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and ReCap, and continuously integrate new digital tools to enhance our design capabilities. Ongoing professional trainings ensure our team is well equipped to use all available design technologies and libraries. We offer both traditional 2D design as well as 3D and BIM (Building
Information Modeling) design.
Throughout every project, we place strong emphasis on clear communication with all relevant stakeholders (e.g. architects, contractors) to prevent any design and implementation discrepancies.
