What is an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)?
Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is a document containing information on the energy performance of a building. ECP also includes recommendations for increasing the building’s energy efficiency.
In Slovenia, building owners have to obtain EPC prior to selling or renting a building or it’s individual part (more accurately, already prior to any advertising for the purposes of sale or rental).
